Preserving Our Home.
Protecting The Woodlands.
Promises Made,
Promises Kept
Linda Nelson campaigned on several promises including exploring a Homestead Exemption and bringing her strong community relationships to the table and she has delivered. With all eligible homeowners now receiving a Homestead Exemption, the reforestation budget increasing substantially, enhanced public safety, the recreational facilities (pickleball!) expanding, and The passage of HB 5311 by the Texas Legislature giving the Woodlands Township access to the collected Mixed Beverage Taxes that were previously being sent to the State capitol——Linda has come through for residents.
Experienced Leadership
Not only does Linda serve The Woodlands residents on committees for large events like the Chevron LPGA Tournament and Memorial Hermann IRONMAN Texas race, but she also is the Co-Chair of the Homeless Task Force, Vice-Chair of Visit The Woodlands, Co-Chair of the President’s Council, Previous Chairman of The Board for The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce and a member of the The Woodlands Township 50th Anniversary Committee.
Trusted Voice for Real Representation
Linda has lived and worked in The Woodlands for over 30 years and her passion for the community is unmatched. Linda will support all of us in The Woodlands Township. As a business professional and a well-respected leader in the community, she believes in real representation.
